                        *B.    Ordinance authorizing the award of contracts to Arctic Snow and Ice Control, Inc., T and T Landscape Construction, Inc., Snow Systems, and Winter Services LLC for snow removal and ice removal services for eight Pace facilities and salting services for one Pace facility for three years in amounts not to exceed $499,981.00, $215,430.00, $187,860.00, and $49,500.00 respectively.

                        A.     Ordinance authorizing the release of the proposed 2023 Operating Budget and Two-Year Financial Plan for Suburban Service and Regional ADA Paratransit Service, and the 2023-2027 Five-Year Capital Program for public hearings. The funding levels incorporated into the budget are based on the funding marks adopted by the RTA Board on September 15, 2022. Staff requests that the Pace Board adopt the Ordinance releasing the proposed 2023 Budget for public hearings.

                        B.     Ordinance establishing the 2023 Board Meeting Schedule.

                        C.     Ordinance authorizing Change Order No. 7 to Contract No. 220537 with MV Transportation, Inc. for ADA paratransit services for North Cook County. This change order extends the contract for one year and increases the contract total from $65,992,623.04 to $82,961,163.94, an increase of $16,968,540.90.  

                        D.     Ordinance authorizing Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. 229492 with Mythics, Inc. for Oracle hardware and software maintenance. This change order extends the contract for one year, through October 30, 2023, and increases the contract total from $3,158,857.16 to $4,294,432.64, an increase of $1,135,575.48.
